Located in the beautiful Isle of Harris, wedged between the mountains and the sea, The Scaladale Centre is a hostel and outdoor centre, owned by the Lewis and Harris Youth Club Association. Whatever your age or ability, we can tailor a mini adventure, activity session, day, or holiday, for you or your group or family.

Go off the beaten track and leave no trace with our bushcraft skills session. Take a treasure hunt along our local woodland paths, learn about and discover the local flora and fauna. Learn to safely light a fire using a flint and steel, cook some food and make a hot drink the Bear Grylls way!
